This vibrant broccoli salad combines crisp florets, sweet grapes, and crunchy cashews, all brought together with a creamy dressing. It's a delightful side for summer picnics or a light weeknight dinner.
IngredientsWhat you need
- 1 kg fresh broccoli
- 2 cups white grapes, sliced in half
- 125 g streaky bacon
- 100 g salted cashews
- 250 ml mayonnaise
- 15 ml white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

Rinse broccoli and chop roughly into smaller pieces.

Fry bacon until crisp and finely chop.

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Combine broccoli, grapes and bacon and mix well with dressing.
