Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • oil for frying vegetable oil

Method

    In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.

    Add the flour, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper to the potato mixture. Mix until well combined.
