- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 grams mushrooms
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
