- 500 g ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg large egg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 500 ml beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste seasoning

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Form the mixture into large meatballs, approximately the size of a golf ball.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the meatballs on all sides, then transfer them to a baking dish.

In the same skillet, add the beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the pan.

Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs in the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
