Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 453.6 g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
