Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
