- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Rinse and soak the mung beans in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drain the soaked mung beans and blend them with 1 cup of water until smooth.
