Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 100 grams beef (ground or sliced thin)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 egg fried or sunny-side up
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

    Prepare all vegetables: blanch the spinach and bean sprouts, and julienne the carrot.
