- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Method

Cook the naengmyeon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

In a large bowl, combine gochujang, sesame oil, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well to create the sauce.

Add the cooled noodles to the bowl with the sauce and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.

Add the julienned carrot and cucumber to the noodles and gently mix to combine.

Soft-boil the eggs by cooking them in boiling water for about 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel and halve.
