- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, salt, and cardamom powder.

Gradually add water to the rice flour mixture until a smooth dough forms.

In another bowl, mix grated coconut and jaggery until well combined.

Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it in your palm, then place a spoonful of the coconut-jaggery mixture in the center.
