Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin
  • 1 medium onion
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
