  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
  • 200 grams cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)

    In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, salt, and sugar.
