  • 200 g mung beans
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 g glutinous rice flour
  • 50 ml water

Method

    Rinse the soaked mung beans and steam them for about 20 minutes until they are soft.

    Once the mung beans are cooked, mash them into a smooth paste and mix in sugar, coconut milk, and salt. Set aside.

    In a separate bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.

    Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of the mung bean mixture in the center.
