Ingredients

  • 1/2 c canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 5-7 mashed bananas

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

    Cream oil and sugar in a bowl and mix in one egg at a time.

    Sift flour with added baking soda and salt into a separate bowl.

    Blend with a fork into egg mixture and then add the mashed bananas.
