Ingredients

  • 200 grams egg noodles
  • 100 grams chicken breast
  • 50 grams Chinese chives
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 eggs large eggs

    Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.

    Add the egg noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes.
