Ingredients

  • 500 grams okra
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 400 grams tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
