Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 5 pieces bird's eye chilies
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

    Blend the bird's eye chilies and garlic into a smooth paste using a mortar and pestle or a food processor.
