- 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 5 pieces Candlenuts
- 2 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 3 cups Water
Method

In a bowl, mix tamarind paste with water and set aside.

In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.

Add chopped garlic and blended candlenuts to the pot, sauté until aromatic.

Stir in turmeric and salt, mixing thoroughly for about 2 minutes.

Add the cleaned carp to the pot and pour the tamarind mixture over the fish.
