- 2 cups rice
- 400 grams beef (such as flank or skirt steak)
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Method

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Return the browned beef to the pot and add the rice, stirring to coat it in the juices.

Pour in the beef broth, add salt and black pepper, and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
