Ingredients

  • 500 g apples, peeled and sliced
  • 275 g shortcrust pastry
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg egg, beaten

Method

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
