- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon black pepper

Peel and dice the ripe mangoes and set them aside in a bowl.
