Ingredients

  • 500 grams minced meat (beef or mutton)
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste salt

Method

    Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

    Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.

    Add minced meat to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

    Mix in chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

    Add diced potatoes and water (around 1 cup). Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

    Once potatoes are cooked, sprinkle garam masala over the top and stir well.

    Serve hot with naan or rice.
