Ingredients

  • 4 links Alheira sausages
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 eggs large eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • to taste salt and pepper

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add the Alheira sausages to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
