- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 4 pieces flatbreads

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until fully combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and mold each portion around a long skewer, pressing tightly to ensure they hold their shape.
