- 150 g mushrooms
- 100 g ham
- 100 g cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp ketchup

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are soft and browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the baguette halves on a baking tray. Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly over each half, followed by the diced ham.

Sprinkle the grated cheese generously on top of the ham and mushrooms.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Optional: Drizzle ketchup over the top before serving for added flavor.
