Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste salt

Method
