- 250 grams beef or pork
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley

Method

Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add the cooked and diced potatoes to the pan. Stir well and cook until they start to get crispy.

Stir in the cooked beef or pork and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until heated through.

If desired, fry the eggs in a separate pan to serve on top of the Gröstl.

Serve the Tiroler Gröstl hot, garnished with chopped parsley and topped with a fried egg if using.
