Indulge in a luxurious surf and turf experience with tender beef fillet and succulent prawns, drizzled with garlic-infused olive oil and a splash of lemon. Perfect for a romantic dinner or special celebration.

- 200 grams beef fillet
- 200 grams prawns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season the beef fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.

Drizzle the olive oil on the grill and place the beef fillet on it. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

While the beef is grilling, heat a small pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the prawns to the sauté pan, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque, then stir in the lemon juice.
