- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves garlic
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup coriander
Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the chicken pieces to the pot, browning them on all sides.

Stir in the chopped tomato, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
