- 1 carrot julienned carrot
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 sheets spring roll wrappers
- oil for frying vegetable oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and bean sprouts.

Add soy sauce to the vegetable mixture and stir well to combine.

Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling near one edge.

Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it tightly from the edge with the filling to form a roll.
