Ingredients

  • 1 cup vermicelli
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

Method

    Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.

    Add vermicelli and fry until golden brown, stirring frequently.

    Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle boil.

    Stir in sugar and let it dissolve completely.

    Add mixed nuts, cardamom powder, and rose water, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
