- 500 grams chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander

- 8 skewers bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Method
- 1
In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ground coriander, and ground cumin to create the marinade.

- 7
