Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons rooibos tea leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 splash milk
  • 1 slice lemon

Method

    Boil 2 cups of filtered water in a pot or kettle.

    Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 teaspoons of rooibos tea leaves or 2 tea bags.
