- 500 grams minced beef
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
Method

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.

Add minced beef (or mutton) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Mix in chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the meat is tender, add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
