- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it turns golden brown to make the caramel. Carefully pour it into a round baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom evenly.

In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.

Place the baking dish in a larger roasting pan and fill the roasting pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
