- 250 grams fresh cheese (preferably telemea or feta)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 grams phyllo dough
- 50 grams butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

In a bowl, mix the crumbled cheese, sour cream, beaten eggs, salt, and dill (if using) until well combined.

Grease a baking dish with a little melted butter.

Layer half of the phyllo dough sheets in the dish, brushing each sheet lightly with melted butter.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the phyllo base.
