  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1 cup vegetables (potatoes, onions, spinach, or cauliflower)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water
  • Oil for frying vegetable or sunflower oil
