- 500 grams octopus, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- salt to taste salt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Method

Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the curry powder and stir well, cooking for 1 minute to release the flavors.
