- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup filling of choice
Method

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth and no lumps remain.

Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes to allow the flour to hydrate.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to grease the pan.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly across the bottom.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute on the other side.

Remove the naleśnik from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.

Fill each naleśnik with your desired filling, then roll or fold them as preferred.

Serve warm, optionally topped with powdered sugar or syrup.
