Ingredients

  • 4 pieces beef (top round or flank steak)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 4 slices fried eggs
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste oil

Method

    Tenderize the beef slices using a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
