Ingredients

  • 1 cup green or brown lentils
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Method

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
