Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef, minced
  • 200 grams potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups breadcrumb
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • oil as needed vegetable oil

Method

    Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash them until smooth.

    In a pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden brown.
