  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
