Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 2 tablespoons Kaya (coconut jam)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper

Method

    Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 6–7 minutes for soft-boiled consistency.

    While the eggs are boiling, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
