  • 500 grams lamb or beef, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pieces pita bread
  • 250 grams tomato sauce
  • 150 grams yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt to taste salt
