Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 150 grams ground lamb
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground lamb.

    Add the grated onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
