- 1 kg beef chuck
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 liter beef broth
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the beef cubes to the pot and brown on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle in the sweet paprika and caraway seeds, stirring to coat the meat evenly.
