- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 cups mixed vegetables

Blanch the mixed vegetables and bean sprouts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Hard boil the eggs, then peel and cut them into halves.

On a serving platter, arrange the blanched vegetables, bean sprouts, tofu, and halved eggs.
