Crust

What you need

  • 1.5 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar

Method

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9-inch round springform pan.

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, melted butter and confectioners’ sugar.

    Pat the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

    Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Set the pan on a wire rack and cool the crust completely. Leave in the oven on.

  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
