Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp large yellow onion, diced
  • 907.2 g tomatoes, quartered
  • 425.3 g cherry/grape tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • handful fresh parsley, chopped

    1. Sauté onion for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring often with a pinch of sea salt until tender.
