- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp large yellow onion, diced
- 907.2 g tomatoes, quartered
- 425.3 g cherry/grape tomatoes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- handful fresh parsley, chopped

1. Sauté onion for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring often with a pinch of sea salt until tender.
